1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 002 win platform and all services under it — online casino, sports betting, virtual sports, live dealer games and other gaming products. By using the platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement under these Terms.

002 win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the user.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All services on 002 win are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors may not register or place bets on this platform under any circumstances.

When opening an account, the user must confirm that:

• They are not under 21 years of age.
• They are operating the account in their own name and not on behalf of anyone else.
• Using online gaming services from their place of residence falls within their personal responsibility.
• They are using this service independently and not as a representative of any government or private organisation.

If false information is provided regarding age or identity, 002 win may cancel the account and confiscate the associated balance.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited for one person to hold multiple accounts. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, each must have separate identification and a separate payment method.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If any details change, the user may update them through account settings or via the support team. Registration using false information may result in the account being closed immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

002 win may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, birth certificate or passport to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Some account functions may be limited until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing a password or attempting to access another person's account is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the 002 win support team must be notified immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 002 win is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Funds sent through a third party or a method registered in someone else's name may be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can be made using the same method as the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be met before withdrawing. If the main deposit is withdrawn while wagering is incomplete, the associated bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Transaction Verification

002 win reserves the right to verify every financial transaction. For suspicious transactions, the support team may request additional information. If information is not provided, the transaction may remain on hold.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

002 win offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw winnings from the bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

The following rules apply to claiming and using bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer description.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus may not be claimed unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing wagering may be withdrawn.
• If there is evidence of any bonus terms being violated, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• 002 win reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.

Five regular promotions are also available: weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, cricket season offer, birthday reward and referral bonus. Specific wagering requirements apply to each.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, 002 win reserves the right to void that bet and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are variable and the odds shown at the time of placing the bet are final. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake may be returned — specific rules vary by sport. In live betting, if any confusion arises due to internet delay, the decision of 002 win is final.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the results of rounds completed up to that point will stand.

6.4 VIP Programme

002 win has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback on net losses is provided at each tier. The maximum cashback rate is 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. For example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited on 002 win and may result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus arbitrage or attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Fraud, money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Use of bots, automated software or hacking tools.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other users or staff.
• Any action that disrupts the operation of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

002 win may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• Refusal to undergo identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or account activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion request).

In the case of permanent closure, the valid balance (excluding any incomplete bonuses) will be returned after review, unless it needs to be forfeited due to a breach of terms.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from the user storing their account credentials insecurely.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.

Using the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. There is no guarantee of winning in gaming, and every bet and game must be undertaken entirely at the user's own decision.

11 Changes to Terms

002 win may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the user.
